Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Items All furniture pieces at Kaeli & i. Interiors are handcrafted to order. Please allow 4-8 weeks from the date of purchase for production before your item is ready for dispatch. You will receive a notification once your order has been completed and is ready to ship.

Ready-to-Ship Items Select furniture items, accessories and décor items are available for immediate dispatch. These items will be shipped within 2–5 business days of your order being placed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. Due to the nature of large furniture pieces, delivery may be arranged via a specialist courier and will be quoted separately where applicable. We are committed to finding competitive rates for our customers — our delivery partner will be confirmed and communicated to you once finalised.

Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Gauteng: 2–4 business days
Western Cape and Other major centres: 3–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–14 business days

Assembly For deliveries within Johannesburg, our team is happy to assist with assembly where required — just let us know at the time of ordering. For deliveries to other parts of the country, assembly instructions will be provided where applicable to ensure a smooth setup.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Important Notes

Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot redirect shipments once dispatched.
For large furniture deliveries, someone must be available to receive and inspect the item upon arrival.
Please note that courier delays, load-shedding, or weather disruptions may occasionally affect delivery times. We’ll notify you if any significant delay occurs.
